Tubes · SAM 3.1 tracks, Muse Spark verifies
Pause on a frame, press the button, then click a tube in the video. SAM 3.1 follows it through the whole recording; Muse Spark checks every sighting is the same tube and finds the steps that use it.
Steps
Robot deck · Opentrons Flex
Print the tube labels (QR, Avery L7160) Zebra printer file (ZPL, 2 × 1 in labels)
Print the labels, stick one on each tube, then scan each tube as you put it in the rack: the deck shows where it goes and ticks it off.

Sends protocol.py to Opentrons' own robot-server (the software inside a Flex, v10.1.0) running in Flex simulation, exactly as the Opentrons App would: the robot analyses it, the thermocycler goes into its deck configuration, and the run plays to the end with the number of reactions chosen above. About a minute.

Imports this run into your own eLabFTW as an experiment only you can see, with every file attached. The key is passed on for this one import and never stored.
To change a volume or the cycling program without code, open Opentrons Protocol Designer, choose Import and pick the Protocol Designer file: every step arrives editable, named after the moment in the video.
